Career Coaching
In this package, we have a conversation with you about career goals, dreams and aspirations. We discuss strategies that help you stand out from the crowd to land the interviews you want. Wether you're breaking into a new field or looking for a promotion at the next level, we are here to guide and cheer you on at each step of the process.
Includes: Career Conversation, Resume Review, Resume Reformatting, Interview Prep, Interview Debrief, and Salary Negotiation Training.
Resume Review
In this package, we have two options, you can select one or both options.
Option 1: We review the current state of your resume, provide leading expert feedback to elevate your resume, and review it a second time after you've made edits.
Option 2: We reformat your resume with industry specific expert knowledge to trim down your resume and tailor-fit it to the position you are applying for.
Interview Prep
In this package, we analyze the job description and get you prepped by role playing and conducting a mock interview. After the mock interview, we provide feedback on your performance which enables you to see blindspots in your performance. This gives you the confidence boost you need to ace your upcoming interviews and perform at the next level.
Includes: Role Playing/Mock Interview, Feedback Session, and Second Mock Interview with Applied Feedback Given.
