I have traveled across the US and spent 4 years in an intensive Leadership Training and Development program that radically helped me gain the skills and experience necessary to coach people and businesses at any level.
I discovered my passion for career consulting in college with my first course in Industrial Organizational Psychology. The love I already had for business collided with my experience in corporate America. I understood that I could take my love of career coaching, marketing, online branding and my work experience to turn it into powerful story telling that would impact change for my colleagues, managers, cross-functional partners, VPs and the companies I supported.
Marketing began with an understanding at a young age of how to market, sell, and develop business. This journey began as a 1st generation Latina helping her dad build so that we could eat. I began doing social media marketing in 2013 even before SMM existed. I enjoyed social media and saw the opportunity and impact that social media could have on a business in a meaningful way. As a self-taught marketer, I have done it all - from door to door, to telemarketing, to cold calling, to email marketing, to event marketing, to social media marketing and let me tell you it's been fun!
